Alissa is head of customer experience at Tempus where she leads product design, research, and customer insights programs. Tempus is building the world’s largest library of molecular and clinical data and an operating system to make that data accessible and useful, connecting physicians with personalized treatment options for patients. Alissa earned her masters and undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan.
