Masha is a senior design lead at Doblin. She brings a systemic approach to complex problems from her background in architecture and tolerance for ambiguity from her studies of Japanese language and culture. Masha has a particular thirst for tackling ‘fuzzy’ problems and developing solutions that are viable and feasible for the client while desirable for the user.

A recent graduate from IIT Institute of Design, Masha has worked in research and strategy roles for Fortune 500 companies in sectors from healthcare to insurance to philanthropy. Prior to ID, she led multi-disciplinary teams on spatial and urban planning projects all over the world. An educator at heart, Masha is an adjunct professor at the IIT Institute of Design, teaching innovation curriculum in the Interprofessional by Design (IPRO) program.
