Innovation is often characterized as the “fuzzy front end” of business. The design process taught at ID has been likened to “cutting cubes from fog.” We bring definition to ambiguity. We believe design is essential to helping organizations deliver value. We train our students to look systemically at users, organizations, markets, and offerings. Student projects solve for each of these variables.
