Unlocking Service Innovation
Many organizations are interested in implementing a service strategy to augment their consumer offerings. This course covers nine barriers that cause most service innovation efforts to fail and provide strategies for how to solve them. Learners will apply new knowledge to their own organizational challenges both as individuals and in small groups. Learners will leave the course with a practical action plan for enhancing their organization’s capacity for service innovation.
