In our moment of rapid technological advancement, organizations need to be ready to embrace change, seize opportunities, and plan for the future. In this lunch and learn event, two leaders in using design for organizational change discuss how they guide teams to success.

Tony Bynum is the Director of the ID Executive Academy and a Professor of Practice at the Institute of Design Graduate School. Trained in business and design, Tony helps organizations frame and clarify opportunities for purposeful growth and meaningful connection. Under his leadership, the Academy’s B2B, work-integrated learning (WIL) approach offers design training and development programs to teams and organizations. Tony has taught at Rutgers, CEDIM’s School of Design, and Lake Forest College.
Roger Mader has guided executive teams to identify and capture new sources of revenue and to align their people to achieve higher purpose for over three decades. His book Purposeful Enterprise: Design Your Organization to Change the World offers a framework to help any organization to discover and deliver on the true potential of their promise and their people. An occasional guest lecturer at ID, Roger has taught at the School of Visual Arts, Dalhousie University, and at the Sobey Business School of St. Mary’s University in his home of Nova Scotia, Canada.
