As a partner at Gemic, a growth strategy firm, Jun helps global technology companies push their products and services to engage people in more meaningful ways. With over 15 years of experience in user research, creative direction, user experience design, and product strategy, he has worked with industry leaders including Samsung, Google, and Meta.
His focus is on the intersection of new technological capability and its adoption into everyday social practices. Through analysis of cultural, technological, and business environments, he guides business leaders in identifying and seizing emerging opportunities. Jun also leads integrated teams of service designers, researchers, and filmmakers to bring a unique approach to the discovery process and concept development. His mission is to turn human insight into solutions that deepen human experiences and result in more valuable engagements with customers.
He has a Master of Design from the Institute of Design and a BA in neuroscience and behavior from Columbia University.
