Meghna Prakash

Meghna Prakash is Assistant Director of the Equitable Healthcare Lab at the Institute of Design, where she applies service design to care delivery with the goal of making healthcare in the United States more equitable, inclusive, and accessible using human-centered, systems design.

Meghna has a background in architecture and service design with experience designing solutions that are fit for deployment. She has worked across industries such as education, consumer goods, supply chain, furniture warehousing, and construction. Meghna is adept at working through the end-to-end design process: taking an idea from concept to implementation with appropriate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional involvement.

Meghna earned her Master of Design degree from the Institute of Design.
