Corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations actively seek out ID students and graduates. Our placement rate is above 90 percent within three months of graduation.


Originally founded by ID students, recruitID is a virtual experience matching organizations with ID students through meaningful discussions and 1:1 interviews.

Similar to a career fair, this biannual recruiting event offers a range of benefits for employers and recruiters:

  • Interview candidates for open full-time and internship positions.
  • Host info sessions to discuss your organization or a topic of special interest.
  • Discuss the latest trends and thinking in design and business.
  • Build professional networks and cultivate relationships with colleagues and the ID community.

Last year's participating companies and organizations included GE, Gensler, Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture, Fjord, Steelcase, Allstate, Kohler, and others.

How does it work?

Companies can host up to three informational roundtable sessions with ID students. Roundtables are a great way to get to know our students while sharing information about your organization and the role of design within it. Employers can also post open positions, view ID applicants, and select candidates to interview.
