Design-Led Strategy and Planning

The Design-led Strategy and Planning course provides an overall understanding of “design thinking” and how learners might apply design-led methods within design and non-design teams. The course will teach learners how to frame a problem through a user-centered lens; conduct, analyze, and activate generative research; and implement design-driven innovations for strategy and planning. Learners will review, reflect, and evolve design practices using scenarios and simulations of design interventions and contemporary, field-tested, and standardized techniques.
