Prototyping for Strategy

Prototyping for Strategy

Most organizations, and especially product teams, use prototyping for validation. Prototypes are introduced into the process only when key design and business decisions have already been made. In the Prototyping for Strategy course, learners will learn how to engage prototyping to think, provoke, evaluate and communicate design and business decisions in the early stages of organizational strategy. The course will take a hands-on approach to expose learners to new methods and tools for prototyping, including low-fidelity prototypes for provocation and behavioral nudges; medium to high fidelity prototypes for communication; and strategy prototypes for decision-making.
