AI + Design Immersion

This immersive program explores design leadership within the context of Chicago’s creative legacy and innovations in technology of the past, present, and future.

It has two parts:

Part 1

The experiential program, Part 1, invites participants into conversations and workshops at creative spaces with prominent thinkers and makers in diverse neighborhoods throughout our city. Locations will showcase design in practice in corporate and independent environments; education; mobility and city planning; government regulation and policy making; and arbiters of arts and culture.

Part 2

We convene at the Institute of Design (ID) at Illinois Tech for a series of keynote talks and learning modules to further examine the educational, economic, ethical, equity/accessibility, and existential implications of emerging technology.

Collectively, we will consider how design leaders of the future can tackle complex, systemic problems.
