Can design transform our most important conversations? That’s the question addressed in a new bestselling book by a Doblin team alumnus, released in February 2014.
Moments of Impact is a book on a mission: to transform time-sucking, energy-depleting meetings and workshops into strategic conversations that create engagement, alignment, and action. In this talk, Chris Ertel unveils a simple, creative process that leaders and their teams can use to craft solutions to their most vexing issues, drawing on concrete examples in an interactive discussion format.
