All degrees for the 2020–21 Commencement Ceremony at Illinois Tech will be awarded on Saturday, May 15, 2020, in a virtual ceremony.
ID students, family, and friends are invited to watch the Opening Ceremony hosted by the university starting at 10am on May 15.
ID's own ceremony will be available beginning at 11am on May 15 and will include remarks from Dean Denis Weil, Director of Graduate Admission and Student Engagement Rachel Dean, graduates Alpha Wong and Tommie Collins in conversation with ID alum Akilah Halley (MDes 2005), remarks from student speaker Justin Bartkus, and, of course, the virtual commencement "walk."
