Join the design community for a lecture and cocktail reception at Tokyo Midtown Design Hub. Dean of IIT Institute of Design, Patrick Whitney will speak on how the changing economic context influences the field of design and its role in Japan and the world today. He will also share global research insights in this new opportunity space to highlight design principles for a new "access economy." Recent ID graduates now working in Japan will share their stories, describing how the education they received at IIT Institute of Design is applicable to their current careers in design, consulting, and innovation.
