Amira Hegazy

Amira Hegazy is a designer, artist, and historian. At the University of Illinois Chicago she teaches studio and theory courses focusing on typography, new conceptualizations of history and everyday design cultures. She is developing the exhibition Letters Beyond Form: Letterforms for Everyone at the Design Museum of Chicago set to open in November 2024.
