Empowering Caretakers of Children with Asthma

Illustrating the power of design in creating meaningful and practical interventions, this infographic demonstrates how structured data collection and analysis can enable designers to develop frameworks to effectively address specific needs and opportunities. Our framework highlights the everyday struggles of caretakers by offering a clear, evidence-based pathway to improving their ability to manage asthma in children. By gathering and interpreting data from interviews with caretakers, we pinpointed key challenges in managing pediatric asthma, which fueled our design insights towards targeted solutions.
